How do you handle occupied buildings during scanning?+
Terrestrial scanners are quiet and safe around occupants. We can scan after hours in active offices or stage by floor to minimise disruption. Scan positions are planned to maintain line-of-sight while keeping setup time low.
Should we order scan to BIM or point cloud to CAD?+
Choose scan to BIM when you need a coordinated 3D model for design, clash detection, or facilities management, with parametric walls, slabs, and services that carry data.
